Customer Service Assistant (Industrial Workwear)

Job Summary:
  • Assist with recording of all stock leaving warehouse - there should be appropriate paperwork for every type of stock withdrawal. Under no circumstances should Inventory leave the warehouse without proper paperwork.
  • Assist with in-house and field measurement of clientele.
  • Assist Inventory/In-House Sales Manager with Walk-in and phone-in customers
  • Assist with receiving and packing of goods into the warehouse and proper packaging for customer deliveries.
  • Assist in maintaining merchandise in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any requests that Management may from time to time assign to the post.
  • Assist with wider warehouse duties as required, depending on existing workwear workload.
  • May be required to work after 4:00 pm to complete workwear business requirements.
Education:
  • Minimum of five (5) CXC O’Level passes (including Math and English)
  • Sales Training would be an asset
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
Experience:
  • A minimum of two (2) years in a similar position.
  • Experience in garment measurement is mandatory.

Warehouse Coordinator
Job Title:
Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary:
  • Oversee all aspects of the general Warehouse department coordination.
  • Assist with quotation requests for the following persons – CEO, Operations Manager, Inventory / In-House Sales Manager, Sales Department and Service Department Manager / Supervisors.
  • Assist with invoicing of inventory and jobs.
  • Assist with routine inquiries and information requests.
  • Assist with Purchase Orders and Invoicing and process as required.
  • Ensure delivery schedule is maintained and promptly alert supervisors if a delay occurs or is likely.
  • Perform periodic warehouse checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of issues.
  • Supervise the receiving and packing of goods into the stockroom.
  • Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting.
  • Open, sort and distribute all incoming correspondence such as faxes and emails.
  • Professionally administer all incoming calls and emails to Inventory/Warehouse Department.
  • Assist with faxing, filing and collating of documents.
  • Ensure and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and department information.
  • Perform any other related duties required by Management to ensure the successful running of Rosco Petroavance Limited.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading of delivery trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments / deliveries from the warehouse.
  • Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area. Responsible for keeping the warehouse neat and well-organized by sorting inventory. Scheduling cleaning duties to warehouse assistant as necessary to keep the warehouse clean.
  • Arrange the picking of items to ready them for shipping and other types of distribution to customers.
  • Ensure that safety practices and policies are followed at all times for their own safety and the safety of others who may be coming into or going out of the warehouse.
  • Use moving equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to safely and efficient move inventory around the warehouse and shipping facility.
Education:
  • Minimum of five (5) CXC O’Level passes (including Math and English)
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in the Logistics field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Strong experience with inventory software and control systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Mechanical Technician Trainee
Job Title:
Mechanical Technician Trainee

Job Summary:
  • Comply with the policies and codes of conduct of Rosco Petroavance Limited.
  • Understand the requirements of RPL’s SSOW Policy.
  • Theoretical knowledge on the principles of mechanical / hydraulic equipment.
  • Basic theoretical knowledge on the principles of mechanical / hydraulic equipment.
  • Knowledge and application of the safe handling of tools
  • Work closely with the Shop Supervisor or his designate on assigned repair jobs.
  • Assist in general housekeeping practices.
  • Handling and storage of parts and materials related to jobs.
  • Assist in the Preventative maintenance on all company’s (RPL) equipment as per scheduled
  • Performs any other related duties required by management to ensure the successful completion and/or running of RPL’s operations.
Education:
  • Minimum of 5 CXC ‘O’Level passes (including Math and English)
  • A Technical Certificate in Journeyman (or in progress of attaining)
Experience:
  • Trainee position requires little or no practical experience; however, a range between 3 to 6 months experience will be an asset.
